Corporal Lyle Dye of Lima Company was wounded on April 10, 1969 on Operation Oklahoma Hills. He attended this reunion in order to thank some of the corpsmen from Lima who cared for him when he was wounded during the Operation. After the reunion he returned home and wrote this article about his experiences and it was published in his hometown newspaper on Veterans Day 2010.
